Five students from Kahakai Elementary School boarded a plane to Japan on Wednesday for the Title I school’s first ever cultural exchange program with Seisa School. The students will share Hawaiian culture with middle school students in Tokyo demonstrating hula, ukulele and other arts and crafts.
